重庆升降机漏油问题是经常碰到的问题。漏油的原因是错综复杂的，主要是由于液压元件的质量，振动，腐蚀，压差，管路的连接、使用维护不当引起，对于少量的漏油是不可避免的，这是由于液压传动的本质所决定的。漏油量超过规定指标的现象由于外漏，一般能立即察觉出来，主要变现在压力下降，速度骤变已经地面或者机器表面有积油，设备需要经常补油才能恢复高空作业平台之前的高度。一旦漏油就要停机进行修正，因为急性运转只会把系统抽空并使泵的机件损坏。

1、液压油是在一个密闭的环境中运行的，油质泵站打压被注入油缸内一般的压力大于等于12pa，液压油被打压加油缸的摩擦就会产生热。发热膨胀的油质加站泵对液压油的压力，若有密封不严的话，液压油便会漏。

2、升降平台过多的油管和接头会加大漏油的现象。油管内的压力一般为12pa，而且油路接头一般用三通和对丝连接，油管内壁直径在9mm左右，而接头的内径不过7mm。如果油路内管过长，接头多就又加大了漏油的几率。
