重庆升降机管道安装质量的好坏是关系到升降机工作性能是否正常的关键之一，管路上应尽量采用焊接方式，在需检修的地方尽量采用法兰连接，阀台进出口安装球阀，并合理的配置管夹及支架。

1、升降平台钢管安装时对升降机钢管接头、法兰件都要进行质量检测，发现如有缺点，接头、法兰件都禁止运用,应替换,并用火油清洁和用气吹净。

5、安装升降平台钢管管道必须按规划图纸或实际测量合理安置，管子的交叉要尽量减少。对于平行或交叉的管子之间、管子和设备主体之间必须要相距12mm以上的间隙，防止相互干扰和避免振动时引起敲击。
