1、升降平台滚动轴承安装时必须细致的进行清洗、检查、拆卸、安装和调整间隙。安装前必须将防锈油脂挖出并用热机油、柴油、煤油或气油清洗干净。

2、装配时需施加一定的压力，向心轴承应先将配合较紧的一端压入轴颈或座孔中。压入轴承时，严禁通过滚动体传递力量，应直接将压力施加在内圈或外圈上。施加压力应均匀分布，装配前应认真清理轴颈和座孔，涂一层薄油，可减少摩擦。

3、升降平台滚动轴承的拆卸一般借助专用工具来完成，常用的工具有压力机和拉出器。用压力机拆卸时，支撑面必须在轴承内圈的对称侧。用拉出器拆卸时，拉杆应可靠地扣住轴承内圈的对称点，避免借助滚动体传递拉力或单边不以称受力，损伤轴颈和滚动体。
