一、轴承安装不当　　
安装时使用蛮力，用锤子直接敲击轴承对轴承伤害最大，是造成变形的主要原因。安装不到位，安装有偏差或未装到轴承位，造成轴承游隙过小。内外圈不处于同一旋转中心，造成不同心。选择适当的或专业的轴承安装工具，安装完毕要用专用仪器检测。

三、升降平台轴承受到污染
污染也会导致轴承过早损坏，污染是指有沙尘、金属屑等进入轴承内部。主要原因包括：使用前过早打开轴承包装，造成污染；安装时工作环境不清洁，造成污染；轴承的工作环境不清洁，工作介质污染等。在使用前最好不要拆开轴承的包装；安装时保持安装环境的清洁，对要使用的轴承进行清洗；增强轴承的密封装置。

四、升降平台轴承工作疲劳
疲劳破坏是轴承常见的损坏方式，轴承长期超负荷运行；未及时维修；维修不当；设备老化等，选择适当的轴承类型，定期及时更换疲劳轴承。
