齿轮检测是确保齿轮成品性能和质量的关键环节,齿轮检测不仅是齿轮成品验收的重要依据,而且也是齿轮在加工制造过程中质量控制的技术保证。如果在齿轮的加工过程中没有检测就无法制造出合格的齿轮。
1、检查升降平台齿条联接是否牢固,相邻两齿条的对接处,沿升降机齿高方向的阶差不应大于0.3mm,沿长度方向的齿周节误差不应大于0.6mm。

2、检查齿轮条辐,传动齿轮和安全器齿轮的装配精度,用压铅法检查其侧隙(0.2~0.5mm),用着色法检查齿轮条辐的接触长度(沿齿高不小于40%,沿齿长不小于50%)。
Check the gears of radiation, transmission gear assembly precision and safety gear, and check the backlash (0.2 ~ 0.5mm) lead with the pressure method, check the length of contact with the coloring of the spokes of the gear (along the tooth height of not less than 40%, along tooth length is not less than 50%).
3、升降平台由于最低高度150-300mm,最适用于不能开挖地坑和井道楼层开口较小的工业场所,同时无需上部吊点。
