升降平台作业过程中，密封件发挥着重要的作用。密封件是防止流体或固体微粒从相邻结合面间泄漏以及防止外界杂质如灰尘与水分等侵入机器设备内部的零部件的材料或零件。那么如何防止升降平台密封件的磨损呢？

通过实践我们发现，只有在升降平台密封圈表层形成保护层，使用时，密封圈与液压油隔离开来。使分子进入材料的速度减慢，就会相应地延长了密封件的使用寿命。如果不想密封件外面保护层丢失，就必须在原材料的基础上添加几十种添加剂，使添加剂融合到聚氨酯分子之内。随着密封件使用时间的延长，添加剂就会从聚氨酯分子内慢慢的渗透到表层，在表层长期形成保护层，这样就解决了聚氨酯材料的老化。
