重庆升降平台的安装问题一直都是由液压升降机的生产厂家来帮客户解决的，但是在液压升降机的使安装中经常会发生一些小问题，作为液压升降机的生产厂家，钢丝绳的安装步骤如下：

1、当导轨安装到要求的高度后，用钢丝绳悬挂好对重，将天轮、绳轮、钢丝绳及绳具吊到吊笼顶部并备好螺栓等，当升降机吊笼位于最低层站时，钢丝绳在卷筒上的余留圈数不足3圈，升降机在运行过程中会增加钢丝绳被升降机反卷甚至折断的风险。

2、将钢丝绳架用M8X30螺栓固定在吊笼上，将吊笼升至导轨架顶端500mm处，用吊杆将天轮安装到导轨架顶部，用M24螺栓固定，钢丝绳断丝、断股。强制式升降机的吊笼上下运行于两根刚性垂直导轨之间，只有两个方向的自由度，而升降机的放绳角随着导绳器移动而改变。
